Very poorly animated and drawn

I'm sorry, but you need to do a lot of working improving your animating technique. Try using more FBF motions rather than tweening everything, plus you should try finding someone to help with background art if you can't do it.

Like your music choice though.

If there was any higher than 10, you would deserve it. Everything is flawless, i have to say this is probably one of the best laid out story for an animation on Newgrounds. I respect the time it must have taken to create this, phenomenal job.
